Agrisource Community Platform for Vine and Wine

In the European Union, and in France in particular, vine and wine stakeholders are increasing their efforts to implement climate action strategies, from the vineyards to the consumers.

The Agrisource Open Innovation Platform (www.agrisource.org) is meant to help stakeholders foster innovation and share their experience, so that collaboration strengthens their strategies. The “relational” mapping is completed with geographical mapping and an open documentary database. In order to do so, the project team wants to elaborate and promote an Agrisource Community Platform dedicated to the French vine and wine value chain.

Thanks to a close partnership with the national LACCAVE research program, the project team intends to map the major networks of the wine industry, increase the innovation diffusion on Agrisource, and recruit professional partners for this new dedicated platform. Moreover, building on the success of previously organised participatory events like the Climathon, the project partners will sponsor and support multiple participatory local events in the French main wine regions.

Agrisource's strategy relies on the development of related and interconnected Agrisource Community Platforms. These dedicated Community Platforms will rely on a particular community (dedicated to a specific value chain, territory or subject) and will boost the content and the network on the Core Agrisource database.
