Long term adaptation to climate change in oenology and vine growing
Le projet LACCAVE avait pour objectif d’étudier les impacts du changement climatique sur la vigne et le vin et les adaptations pour les vignobles français. Un réseau de 23 laboratoires a été créé. Il a conduit une approche pluridisciplinaire pour envisager des adaptations locales combinant des leviers techniques, organisationnels et de relocalisation. De nouvelles connaissances ont été produites sur ces leviers, y compris le rôle des consommateurs, et un important travail de valorisation et communication a été réalisé au cours des 4 années du projet.
